For a second he thinks about how stupidly lonely Piper must've been, after everything, when James was gone and Wally wasn't talking to him and the rest of the Rogues wanted nothing to do with the poor guy. For a second, he feels bad, like it's his fault somehow. Maybe part of it is, hell, who knows anymore?

[ He snorts, shoving Piper with his shoulder. And sure, this is still dumb bickering, but it's actually... nice. Friendly. He's never completely certain where he stands with Piper anymore, or what stupid thing is going to set him off (and rightfully so, not that James would admit that out loud). ]

Oh, that's one public service you can skip. I'm pretty sure the rest of the world has got it covered.
